Lamaze: Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond is written exclusively by health care professionals to help expectant parents build confidence about a normal and healthy pregnancy, childbirth and early parenting. It is published annually in both English and Spanish, and distributed FREE of charge by childbirth educators to expectant parents in their classes.

Childbirth educators may subscribe to receive FREE quarterly shipments of Lamaze: Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond and the Spanish version Lamaze: Embarazo, Nacimiento y Mucho Más by completing the form below.

The FREE magazines will ship quarterly at the end of March, June, September and December.

These valuable publications and other educational content for expectant parents can also be accessed online at www.lamaze.org/magazine and www.lamaze.org/revista. We encourage childbirth educators to incorporate the educational content provided on the Lamaze International Web site into your childbirth preparation classes. Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship the print publication outside of the United States due to trade issues and distribution costs that are not currently covered by program sponsors.
